Increase of highly educated people in a country because migration

Loss of highly educated people from a country because emigration

Money sent by a migrant to family members back home
Refugee
People who flee their homes because of persecution, war, famine, defeatism
Internally displaced persons
People forced to leave their homes but stay in their country
Voluntary repiration
The safe return home once the danger subsides
