What are the four postures of affirmative action?
Soft postures:

Hard postures:

4. Hard quotas (only hire from minority group)
Describe reverse discrimination
The principal objection to affirmative action. When any sort of preference is given to minorities and women, discrimination may occur against those in the majority.
