Shared values, core of ideals- tries to make personal values and organizational values similar
Values and Compliance programs
both work toward the same end and are effective but values orientation has the ability to spark ethical reasoning among employees. Values is a better foundation as well.
Values
based programs increase employees awareness of Ethics at work, their integrity, their willingness to deliver info to supervisors, their use of reporting mechanisms, and their perception that better ethical decisions are being made.
