May be unique to humans only. If you cannot reproduce, you are no good for yourself or your own species, from an evolutionary standpoint (end of menstrual cycle in females)

What is the adaptive value of menopause?
Grandparents can help raise their own grandchildren.
How does tool use between humans and chimps differ?
Chimps often only use a tool once at do not improve it. Humans are constantly making and using their tools for multiple aspects of their day to day life.
