Define group polarization.
The tendency of a group member to shift their initial views to ones that are in line with other members
Define deindividuation.
Reduced self-consciousness and inner restraint that can occur when in a group or crowd

People tend to take on the roles they’re given, power can also be abused
Define obedience.
Following the commands of someone with authority, or rules / laws
Explain the difference between constructive and destructive obedience.
Constructive obedience: Compliance with the orders of an authority that results in a positive outcome
Destructive obedience: Compliance with the orders of an authority that results in a negative outcome
Define social loafing.
The tendency to make less effort when involved in a group activity vs working alone
