Incident commander
A system the defines the role and responsibilities to be assumed by personnel and the operating procedures to be used in the incident management and direction of emergency operations, also referred to as an incident management system (IMS) nfpa 1670

Actions generally performed in the interior of involved structures that involve a direct attack on a fire to directly control and extinguish the fire nfpa 1500
Offensive operations
