His mouth opened a little and then looked at Gatsby and then back at daisy as if he had just recognised her as someone he knew a long time ago

Come on! His temper cracked a little

His hand, trembling

She’s got an indiscreet voice

Her voice is full of money

Tom was feeling the hot whips of panic

I think he was afraid they would dart down a side street and out of his life forever

Mr nobody form nowhere make love to your wife

Just tell him the truth - that you never loved him - and it’s all wiped out forever
