Autonomous religion-
A religion that does not have a central authority but share his ideas and cooperates informally
Animism-
Belief that objects such as plants and stones are natural events like thunderstorms and earthquakes have a discrete spirit life
Branch-
Large and fundamental division within a religion
Caste-
The class or distinct Heredity order into which a Hindu is assigned according to religious law
Cosmogony-
A set of religious beliefs concerning the origin of the universe
Denomination-
Division of branch that unites a number of local congregations into a single legal and administrative body
Ethnic religion-
A religion with the relatively concentrated spatial distribution whose principles are likely to be based on the physical characteristics of the particular location in which it’s adherents are located
Fundamentalism-
A interpretation and strict adherence to basic principles of religion (or denomination/brunch/sect)
Ghetto-
During the Middle Ages, a neighborhood in the city set up by the law to be inherited by only Jews; now use to D note section of the city in which members of the minority group live because of social legal or economic pressure
Hierarchical religion-
Religion in Woodcenter authority exercises a high degree of authority.
Missionary-
An individual who helps diffuse universalizing religion
Monotheism-
A doctrine or belief of the existence of only one God
Pagan-
A follower of a polytheistic religion in ancient times
Pilgrimage-
A journey to a place considered sacred for religious purposes
Polytheism-
Believe in or worship of more than one God
