George Washington carver was a scientist who found hundreds oh uses for peanuts.
How are the Southeast’s forests important to the environment?
Forests give off oxygen, provide a home to wildlife, and help to cool the planet.
What do coal, matrilineal gas, and oil have in common?
They all are fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are used to produce energy and can be found underwater and underground.
Categorize the recourses of the Southeast as either renewable or nonrenewable.
Renewable: trees, rich soil (these can be replaced.)
Nonrenewable: coal, natural gas, oil (these cannot be replaced or would take a long time to form again.)
