JOAG presentation and inheritance

A

AD- linked to mutations in TIGR/MYOC
Presents between 4 and 35 with elevated iop but usually no corneal enlargement/ haab stria.
Can have progressive myopia until age 10.
May require trabeculectomy or tube shunt.

A

Anomalous development of neural crest derived anterior segment structures.
Autosomal dominant
Posterior embryotoxon of the corneaand iris adhesions to schwalbe line.
Iris may be normal or have correctopia , hole formation and ectropion uveae
