Critical thinking, Communication, Decisiveness, Ability to analyze data, Business and industry awareness, and Resourcefulness.
Critical thinking?
identify the core issue.
Communication?
communicate message effectively to a recipient.
Decisiveness?
ability to make quick, effective decisions, not letting too much time go by.
Data analysis?
analyzing data into a structure to come up with conclusions.
Business and industry awareness?
identifying growth opportunities, or market insufficiencies.
Resourcefulness?
discover clever solutions to obstacles.
What are the different types of problem solvers?
Self regulating, Theorist, and Petitioner.
Self regulating problem solver?
work on solutions alone without help from others/external influences. They will recognize, evaluate, and reduce the risk.
Theorist problem solver?
solve the problem by using a theory. They build on success and reject any failure.
Petitioner problem solver?
ask others for solution. they seek mentorship.

Clarify, Ideate, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate.
