เผิงจะ means “just” in the sense that “something just happened” and its post subject word like goo
As for the word เมื่อ like dtoon it is also used to refer to a point of time, but the difference is that เมื่อ only refers to the past.

One the meanings of ก็ is “also, too” and you always use ก็ in this sense after the subject(the person or thing that is doing the action) or the topic of the sentence.
