Triglycerides: 95% of fats we eat. Formed from 3 fatty acids. Cheese, meat
Phospholipids: Formed from bakbone of glycerol with 2 fatty acids, phosphate, and a choline. Egg yolks, liver, soybeans
Sterols: No long carbon chains, instead the carbon atoms form rings. Animal protein
