Q

After surveying the land, what did Snowballl declare?

A

He declared that the long pastures not far from the farm buildings, there was a knoll which would be the place for a windmill which could power a dynamo and supply electricity to the farm. It could also run a circular saw, a chaff cutter and mangel-slicer and an electric milking machine. This meant that the machines would do the work for them while they grazed in the grass
