Passover was a sign of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ just as a lamb was sacrificed to save the Israelites Jesus sacrificed his life on the cross to save all people. It is different because the Eucharist is Jesus’s body that he gave to the apostles at the last supper when they were celebrating the Passover this became the mass and we celebrated by eating the Eucharist
