3 Goals of the ACA

Employer - Most large companies offer health benefits as they did previously, but SHOP offers insurance for buisnesses with up to 100 emplyees.
Direct Enrollment - Consumers buy coverage directly from private insurers with new consumer protections.
Parents - Young adults can remain on their parents’ health plan until age 26.
Marketplace - Consumers shop for private plans with different cost sharing through a State-Based Marketplace. Based on income, consumers can also apply for Medicaid or CHIP.
Medicaid - Coverage expanded in 38 states and Washington D.C.
What three parts of the ACA were modified due to Supreme Court Rullings?
