Helped drive out the Hyksos, using their weapons and tactics, established the New Kingdom

1550 - 1080 B.C. - Height of ancient glory
New Kingdom
Pharaoh, changed Egypts religion, moved the capital, changed his name
Amenhetop IV
The most successful of the pharaohs. Expanded Egypt through conquering. Reigned for 66 years.

Conquered Egypt in 670 B.C.
