  • Teenager living at home with parents and he resisted arrest and injured an officer.
  • The officer sued parents and their insurance policy.
  • Insurance Company said that they wouldn’t cover it because it was a crime.
  • Metropolitan Insurance did have a duty to defend the insured but didn’t.
