to make (law, right, or formal agreement) better
Capital Offences
Aka the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is put to death by the state as a punishment for a crime.

Dissemination
the act of spreading something, esp. information, widely; circulation.
Entrench
protecting certain rights or other legal interests by making it difficult to remove them from the law
Extradition
the legal process for taking a person from one country to another
to face criminal proceedings; the process is initiated by one country
requesting that another country surrender the person for trial
Franchise
an authorization granted by a government or company to an individual or group enabling them to carry out specified commercial activities
Freedom
the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint.
Inalienable Rights
Not subject to sale or transfer; inseparable. That which is inalienable cannot be bought, sold, or transferred from one individual to another.

an individual or group who has knowledge on a topic pertaining to a case and can give insight or suggestions to the court

cite or appeal to (someone or something) as an authority for an action or in support of an argument.
