What is contained in the Header of a data packet?

A
  1. Destination addresses - IP address
  2. Senders address
  3. Packet number - out of the total
  4. Sequence number/Packet length
  5. ACK number (if set) - tells the sender if the packet had been received
  6. Checksum/digit - for error detection
  7. Time to live
  8. Padding - separate header and body
