What is law reform?
Law is slow and what is driving the need to reform tight law in this chapter.
What Conditions that are rising in law reform?
public morality is changing and things are being okay now days for example same sex relationships.
What are new concepts of justice?
It is when the law changes and adapts to current day needs for example capital punishment.
What is capital punishment and what happened to it?
It was when who ever committed a murder they would be killed ‘a life for a life’ this latter changed because people that would commit the murder were only first time commuters and not likely to commit another. And if the murder was committed in one family then 2 people were lost in the family rather then 1 and they did not see a decrease in murders.
What is a apprehended domestic violence order. (ADVO)?
It is when a person gets an AVO but from domestic abuse and this will not allow the person to come close to the person or where they frequently go to.
What is The Crimes (domestic violence) amendment act 1993 (NSW)?
It allowed police to apply ADVOs after hours by telephone, as well as making it an offence to ‘stalk or ‘intimidate’ a person.
What is terms of reference?
Are reports that may contain recommendations for ways to modernise or simplify the law or to eliminate defects.
