Repetition of an act that goes to become a characteristic of person or group performing the act.

19th - 20th century approach of what was the study of geography. Physical environment caused human activities.
Folk culture
Tradition practiced by small groups of people living in isolated rural areas.
Globalization
Expansion of anything that soon becomes world wide.
Glocalization
Process in which people in a local place practice regional,national, and global practices
Habit
A repeated act performed by a person or group
Material culture
Physical things that are created by humans. The durable aspects of culture (tools art structures)
Mentifact
Ideas, beliefs, and values that people hold
Popular culture
Large groups of people that share certain habits
Possiblism
Theory that environment may set limits on humans but humans have the ability to adapt and choose what to do

Successful societies have their cultural imprint that contributes to cultural landscape
Sociofact
Ways in which people organize their society and relate to one another
Taboo
Behavior or habit that is looked down upon by society or social custom
Uniform landscape
Popular custom in one location that may be similar to another location
