Characteristics of a Good Presentation
- Allows readers to see the overall picture easily.
- Tables, graphs and figures are presented, placed, titled, numbered and referred well.
- Easy to understand.
Methods of Presentation
- Textual Method
* Graphical Method
using text/ letters alone in emphasizing significant figures and identifying important features of the data. Also use numericals or numbers.
Textual Method
a chart representing quantivevariations in diagrammatic form.
Graphical Method
used to get an overall idea, easily detected data which has a few responses versus many responses. (uses vertical or horizontal bars in showing quantity/ data)
Bar Graph
useful in presenting a data which information change continuously overtime. (uses lines goinzigzag)
Line Graph
good for presenting data which is divided from a whole set of information. (uses a pie, divides like a pizza J)
Circle of Pie Graphs
systematic arrangement of related idea in a definite, compact and understandable form.
Tabular Method
Should be understandable referring to the text.
includes mean, median, mode, variance, standard deviation
Tabular Method
Summarizes the whole topic that you are going to present according to the data gathered.
