    -“fury” = volatile and dangerous nature of hyde, overpowering force of violence
  • similes = often describes hyde through similes, he is almost something but never fully defined, feelings of uncertainty about hyde thorugh amibiguos language and methods, no one can describe him fully so we have to use similes
