What is the Appraisal Review Board?
a decision-making body that issues determinations of statutory authorized protest and challenges brought by the property owners and taxing units.
If a property owner is dissatisfied with the arb decision on their 2 million dollar home, where can they appeal if they do not wish to file suit in district court?

What starts the time period of filing a suit?
-the time period for filling suit runs from the date thee party receives the ARB order
-the party has 60 days to file

must pay taxes on the amount not in dispute, which is $60,000. she must pay prior to the date the tax would become delinquent.
