A NA seeing boils on a residents skin.
What is subjective information ?
Something a person cannot see but a resident says it’s bothering them whether it is true or not.
What is an example of subjective information ?
A resident reporting to a NA that they have a headache.
Medical terms are often made up of what ?
Roots, prefixes, suffixes
