or; lists options or actions, one of which will be done

Formation:
N (+ particle)/V-dic + なり

Usage:
Lists things from a group that have a similar meaning. Past tense is not used afterwards. Sentences that describe the subject’s hopes and intentions are used.

Example:
この魚、僕が釣ったんだ。焼くなり煮るなりして食べてみて。

not just A, but B/everything

Formation:
N + といわず

Usage:
Uses words that are temporally or spatially connected. Used often with examples where the connotation is negative, but not used with negative sentences.

Example:
室内で犬を飼っているので、廊下といわず部屋の中といわず家中犬の毛が落ちている。
