antigens are unique molecules recognized by the

molecules on the surface of cells that are unique to an individual

molecules on the surface of forge in cells that are recognition markers
self tolerance
immune system attacks abnormal or foreign cells but spare the body own cells

innate(nonspecific)immunity
adaptive(specific)immunity
