Why should you lock your doors?
To prevent unwanted persons from entering the vehicle. To prevent the doors from opening if you are In a collision.
How should you adjust your seat and seat back?
Adjust your seat back so that you are at least 25 cm (10 in) away from the wheel
Where should you place your hands on the Wheel?
9 o clock and 3 o clock or 10 o clock and 2 o clock
How should you adjust your head restraint?
Adjust your head restraint so that the centre of the restraint is level with the top of your ears. If it tilts move it forward to decrease space between your head and the restraint, 10 cm (4 in) is ideal.
How should you adjust your inside rear view mirror?
Adjust it to show as much behind you as possible by framing by having the rear window framed within the mirror.
How should you adjust your outside rear view mirrors?
Adjust to reduce blind spots. You should be able to see your own vehicle in a small portion of the side view mirror closest to the vehicle.

Release pressure on the brake pedal slightly
