Who is Chief Financial Officer?

A

Will Porter - With over 25 years of experience at both private and public companies, Will brings extensive financial, accounting, legal and operational experience in high-growth environments. Prior to joining BlueTarp in 2012, he served as CFO of Signiant Inc., a provider of software solutions to enable the movement of digital content, where he helped guide the company through significant growth. Will graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He lives outside of Boston, MA and his favorite days are spent watching or coaching his kids’ many sports teams.

A

Holly Ballweg - Holly joined BlueTarp in 2013, bringing nearly 20 years of diverse human resource management experience to the team. As BlueTarp’s human resource leader, Holly serves as a strategic business partner to the organization - providing leadership in recruiting, employment branding, compensation, benefits, and HR information systems, as well as establishing the framework for our values and organizational culture.

Jon Janczuk - Since joining BlueTarp as a software developer in 2000, Jon has continuously progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, including his current role as Vice President of Information Technology. In this role, Jon oversees all aspects of BlueTarp’s technology, encompassing IT infrastructure as well as the development of BlueTarp’s product and technology platforms for online transaction processing, payment / billing services, and web and mobile applications.

Kelly is the Vice PResident of Marketing. As Vice President of Marketing, Kelley brings 20 years of experience in senior marketing, product management, operations and sales roles spanning the software, telecommunications and services industries. Prior to joining BlueTarp in 2014, Kelley served as Vice President of Marketing for Arbor Networks, a leading global Internet security software provider.

Tracey Richardson-Newton. She joined BlueTarp in May 2005 as Director of Credit & Collections, and today serves as Vice President of Credit Risk Management, responsible for complete oversight of the credit risk management function as well as credit and collection operations.
