During the ask step, make a comment to the universe and let the universe know what you want.
What happens during the believe step of using the secret?
During the believe step, you must act, speak, and think as though you are receiving it now.
What happens during the receive step of using the secret?
In the receive step, you put you’re self in the frequency of what you want. (Test driving the car you want)
How do you create your day in advance?
By telling yourself that you are going to have a pleasant day every morning.
How do you change your circumstances?
By changing your thoughts.
What is the first thing you should do to turn your life around?
Make a list a list of things to be grateful for.
Why is the process of visualization powerful?
Visualization is powerful because as you create pictures in your mind of seeing yourself with what you want, you’re generating thoughts and feelings of having it now.
What’s another method of visualizing the things that you want?
By creating a vision board with pictures of the things you want.
