The wearing away of Earth’s surface over a period of time.
ecosystem
The plants, animals, land, water, and climate that make up an area.
region
A large area with at least one feature that makes it different from other areas.
preserve

Able to be made or grown again by nature or people.
non renewable resource
Not able to be made or grown again quickly by nature or people.
natural resource
Something from nature that people can use, such as trees, water, or soil.
What is the difference between a aerial photograph and a map?
An aerial photograph is a picture of an area from above usually taken when in a plane. A map uses drawings and symbols to show places on the Earth.
