A

The time of day affects the traffic depending on what time people leave their houses. Mostly at night people aren’t on the road because of work. People usually leave their houses in the morning and come home in the evening. Other times there are a few people on the road at night due to special jobs such as people who do overnight shifts. The time of day affects overseas Internet traffic because of the time zone. Some countries have a 12-hour difference. When we are ready to go to bed for work the next day, overseas people are ready to leave for work in the morning.
