- sometimes federal funds for specific things

Local governments
What are some federal public health agencies?
CDC, FDA, NIH, OSHA, USDA
what do non government public health organizations do?
they play an important role in education, lobbying and research
State level health departments organization?
Depending on the state some places centralize all their responsibilities, others delegate to local agencies some separate their agencies based on topic/need
