Clinical signs observed when iCa < 0,8 mmol/L (might be observed at higher value if acute)

A

PTH Not commercially available

Calcitriol : 20 - 40 ng/kg/day for 4 days, then 10 - 20 ng/kg/day
Shorter life time than ergocalciférol

Oral calcium should be provided initially then tappered after 1 week of calcitriol
