What is consent?

A patient’s decision to refuse recommended tx after all options, potential risks, and potential benefits have been thoroughly explained.
Sequence
A continuous or related series of things (such as dh interventions) following a certain order of secession.
Total Treatment Plan
Sequential outline of the essential services and procedures that must be carried out by he dentist, the dh, and the patient to eliminate disease and restore the oral cavity to health and normal function.
Dental Hygiene Care Plan
The services within the framework of the total treatment plan to be carried out by the dental hygienist.
What does the medical history include?
Systemic diseases and Conditions: current and past, medications, overall health status, functional assessment.

Treatment history, oral health knowledge and behaviors, cultural factors.
