U.S neutrality?

A

The U.S stays neutral at the start of the war. This helped the U.S because we could provide products for both sides. Both sides sent propaganda to the U.S supporting their side.

Germany used them to sink boats they thought were bringing supplies to the allies.

*by law they were supposed to surface and check to see if the ships had weapons. The Germans would not do this!
