Restorative nursing care
It has the same goal — to assist older people with reaching their highest functional ability. The major difference is the intense involvement of the entire health-care team
Rehabilitation
The process of teaching and trading individuals to achieve their highest level of independent function
Nursing process
A problem solving model that describes what nurses do. It identifies the way nurses approach patient care, and it recognizes the ongoing and changeable nature of the care that nurses provide, care that is based on the individual needs of the patient
