An enquiry b&s
Is a request from a buyer to a seller for the price of some goods
A quotation s&b (shows price)
Is a document sent by the seller to the buyer that shows the price of the goods

Means that the seller will pay for the delivery of the goods to the buyer

Is a written request from a buyer to a seller to purchase certain goods

Lists all the items delivered and also acts of proof of purchase

Is a bill for goods sold on credit - it is sent by the seller to the buyer guven certain details
A credit note (refund) s&b
Is a document sent by the seller to the customer in place for a refund
A debit note s&b (increase owed)
Is a document sent by the seller to the customer that shows and increase in the amount owed
A statement of account
Is a summary of the transactions that have occurred between seller and buyer
