As a Prophet we have to confront others about issues of morality or fairness. We are sometimes challenged to speak the truth where it may not be welcomed.

As a Spiritual Leader we represent the people to God through worship, sacraments, ordinances or rituals and provide prayerful support

As a Servant Ruler we take on the active leadership role by lovingly caring for people. We do not exploit people.
