Swadhyaya Kriya
The self-directed study of the Divine Consciousness behind the variegated passions, emotions and thoughts of the mind; and the simultaneous purification of that mind till it reaches Savikalpa Samadhi. Then in order to reach the state of Nirvikalpa Samadhi it has to become a Divine Mind as pure as the Divine Consciousness.
