Ishwar Pranidhan Kriya
Self directed surrender of ego-mind to the Divine Indweller
Tapa Kriya
The practice of self-directed discipline and austerities which burn up your karma binding you to Punarjama, the cycles of reincarnation, giving you Moksha, liberation from Samsara, the worldly ocean of ignorance.
Swadhyaya Kriya
The self-directed study of the Divine Consciousness behind the variegated passions, emotions and thoughts of the mind; and the simultaneous purification of that mind till it reaches Savikalpa Samadhi. Then in order to reach the state of Nirvikalpa Samadhi it has to become a Divine Mind as pure as the Divine Consciousness. Then only the Yogi who is that Consciousness expands into his Infinite Consciousness as the Kaivalya Purusha, a state way beyond Nirvikalpa Samadhi.
