Meditation is the foundation for all psychic abilities and acts of magick, by investing in the art of meditation you are investing in your magick and psychic abilities.

Meditating lets the mind flow and clear itself we can use the clear mind to tell the difference between the reflection and it’s content. Meditation in the clearing sense can require a build of focus. You can either still the monkey mind or accept it in it’s happening so that it may sit in its stillness. Do not make excuses not to meditate but make sure you are moving through your tao. Treat meditation as an act of rejuvenation. The key to meditation is to become aware of your focus and concentration. Release your thoughts by realizing you are not the thought but it’s observer.

Though I am always in activity I do nothing all happens, living happens. Assuming you know all that regarding a topic is the most direct way to impede your own growth

This can occur when someone takes on more psychic activity they can handle or process

Exercise 4: Learning to focus for meditation

A
Set time for 5 minutes 
Just breathe for 5 minutes in a way that's natural 
Follow your breathing 
Notice how your body response to breath
Focus on nothing except your breath 
But remember not to judge the happening 
Do once a day

Exercise 5 Treasure chest for stress

A

Visualize a strong box take all that which is stressing you and place all that which is stressing you in it. As you begin to breathe in imagine that time is slowing down Imagine opening the box and a whirlwind appears through it take a deep breath and as you exhale imagine the whirlwind in the box absorbing that which isn’t serving you. Consciously acknowledge that you are letting it go for now. When you open the box later the stresses will be transmuted into solutions

The wandering of the mind is to be accepted or rendered back to focus depending on that which is optimal to the practitioner

A

Efforting regarding psychic expansion will take away from your ability. Psychic receptivity must be rendered from a mental passivity with a focus on the present, focused flow not focused force

Exercise 6: Cocoon of peace: Breathe in peace and light in a place of ease, breathe out darkness. Visualize and orb of light at your feet (white, light, mint, source?) Anything it touches. Bring the orb back to your feet where it becomes a blanket for your body then let it relax you in your entirety, expanding your sense of relaxation

Exercise 7: As you exhale release tension and imagine time slowing down attain relaxation and visualize a white star above your head and let liquid light flow down from it and consume you in relaxation

Exercise 8 Psychic Dimmer: By visualizing a volume knob to increase or decrease psychic sensitivity, or a dimmer knob depending on interpretation. You can also visualize a faucet above you to increase or decrease psychic energy moving into the auric field

Exercise 9: Elemental breathing, proceed with caution but hold the elements for count of four start simple and in low quantities but increase as one moves forward

The solar aspect is to visualize the sun rising on the slow inhale and falling on the slow exhale.
