This concept represents the changes that will take place in the enterprise as a result of implementing the project.
Change
This concept represents a problem or opportunity to be addressed.
Need
This concept represents a specific way of satisfying one or more needs in a context.
Solution
This concept represents the people who have a relationship to the change, need or solution
Stakeholder
This concept represents the worth of the solution to a stakeholder within a specific context - tangible or intangible.
Value
This concept represents the environment where the change is taking place.

The practice of enabling change in an enterprise by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
