Q

Disadvantage of sensitivity analysis

A
  1. It assumes that change to variable can be made independently - in reality theyr are interdependent
  2. Ignores probability
    - It only identified how far a variable need to change to result in a zero NPV
    - Not look at the probability suc a change
  3. Not an optimising technique & does not point directly to correct decision
