Disadvantage of sensitivity analysis

- It assumes that change to variable can be made independently - in reality theyr are interdependent
- Ignores probability
- It only identified how far a variable need to change to result in a zero NPV
- Not look at the probability suc a change - Not an optimising technique & does not point directly to correct decision
