Is a legal document that records the transfer of ownership of personal property from one person to the other

Is a street or road that ends on a circular turnaround
Datum
A point, line, or surface at which it serves as a base line for measuring the height and depth of the land vertically

Annual cultivation of crops, the tenants personal property

An object that was once personal property is attached to the land

Lot shaped like a flag, pole with flag
Government Survey
System used to measure and divide land into specific plots using standardized methods

Provides the most simple and convenient method of land description when a tract of land is ready to be subdivided
Meridian
Imaginary lines running north to south when mapping land
Metes and Bounds
Is a method of describing land using physical features and measurements pipe, stone, tree, etc

Personal property that isn’t land or attached to land, can be from furniture to vehicles

The property that benefits from the easement

The right or privilege one party has to use the land of another
Easement Appurtenance
The right that lets someone use part of another persons property for a specific purpose
Eminent Domain
The power of the government to take private property for public use, without owners consent. (must compensate)
