A

Burgoyne’s plan to cut off New England so he goes for that. But, it fails because King George takes half of his men for another mission. So, they lose this battle and end up surrendering.

A

He thought the French Canadians would help, but they didn’t. In the end they still took the fort anyways.

At an old fort in North Carolina, they expected troops but there were no troops, so they took it easily.

George Rogers Clark plans a surprise winter attack on Vincennes and spreads out his troops to make them look bigger, this tactic works and the British surrender.
