It is a formal collection of people and resources established to accomplish goals.
What is a value chain?
It is a series of activities that includes logistics, marketing, sales, and customer service.
What is the use of a VALUE CHAIN?
It adds value to raw materials. The finished product gets sold to customers.
What are the two key parts of managing the value chain?
Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

The discovery of new and better ways to accomplish the process.

Describe the Traditional Organizational Structure.
Also known as the Flat Organizational Structure, it is a managerial pyramid in which the top level management level is built for decision-makers, while the lower management levels is built for supervisors etc.

A complete redesign on business processes and organizational structures.

Seeking continuous ways to add value to business processes.

It is a measure of how widely technology is spread throughout an organization.

It is a measure of how deeply embedded technology is in an area of the organization.

Productivity, Return on Investment, Earnings Growth, Customer Awareness and Satisfaction, and Total Cost of Ownership
