A

Should receive medical clearance before initiating an exercise program or increasing the frequency, intensity, and/or volume of the current program

Play significant disease who may benefit from participating in a medically supervised exercise program

With medical conditions that may require exclusion from exercise programs and tell those conditions are abated or better control

PAR-Q+ Was developed to reduce barriers for exercise and false positive screenings, also has more technical terms than previous PAR-Q so some may need help going through it
