1. sleect the length of the section to be bounced by selecting regions, by setting cycle mode or by deselecting regions to use the project end point
2. start the bounce by click the bounce icon at the bottom of the stereo output channel strip. or choose file>bounce>project or section, or press command B
3. click bounce
4. Name your file and choose its location
5. click bounce in the dialog window
