Judgment Debtor
The party that owes the money
Lien
A claim by the creditor against property of the debtor as seurity for the debt
Levy
The procedure by which assets of the debtor are seized for satisfaction of a judgment

Keeper
A law enforcement agent who stays on the premises of a business and collects cash or checks sufficient to satisfy a judgement
Bank Levy
A seizure of funds held in a debtor’s bank account

Writ of Execution
A order from the court empowering the sheriff, marshal, or other appropriate law enforcement agency to levy upon the assets of the debtor in order to satisfy the judgment.

The easiest and quickest step for payment on the judgment
Abstract of Judgment
Places a lien on all real property owned by th debtor. (The lien continues for a period of ten years and the lien will also attach to any property the debtor acquires for a period of time after the recording of the lien)
